Our Journey
We started by being present.
Years of working closely within the coffee supply chain allowed us to spend time with farmers, cooperatives, and collectors. We saw how quality coffee and spices often struggled to move, held back by gaps between the field and the market.
Quality was never the issue. What stood in the way were limited access, unclear standards, and the absence of a structured path into the business side of the industry. Many producers had exceptional harvests, but few had the tools, connections, or support to bring them further.
From these moments, Shahin Agri slowly took shape. Established in 2025, we began with coffee and spices, bringing together trade-integrated ecosystem into one connected way of working. Our role is simple: to help organize what already exists, build supply chains that are grounded, and open clearer paths to wider market.

Shahin Trade is the core of Shahin Agri. We focus on reliable sourcing of Aceh Gayo coffee, working closely with farmers, collectors, and cooperatives across the Gayo Highlands to ensure consistent quality and dependable supply.
Our role is to aligning harvesting practices, quality standards, and post-harvest handling, so Aceh Gayo coffee can move smoothly into structured trade. We supply green beans for domestic and export markets, prioritizing traceability and long-term sourcing relationships.
We offer clarity and confidence through a stable trade pathway that allows coffee to move further.
